Eric Speck MSPT, ATC graduated from the University of Miami in 1994 with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy and a Bachelors in Health Science. He completed a sports orthopedic residency at the Berkshire Institute (Reading, PA) in 1996. Eric has provided medical coverage for extreme and adventure sports competitions and enjoys working with local sports teams. Eric is a member of the ASAA (Alaska School Activities Association) Sports Medicine Advisory Committee. He has a strong orthopedic background and emphasizes total fitness and function in rehabilitation. He has been a resident of Sitka since 1997.

Alicia Haseltine PT, DPT,CMPT graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2005 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science. Alicia has worked in the areas of neurological rehabilitation, pediatrics and outpatient orthopedics, with a strong emphasis in sports medicine. Currently she provides sports PT coverage for the high school basketball teams, Sitka roller derby league, and has provided pre-season training and injury prevention to Sitka High School’s volleyball, softball and basketball teams. Alicia finished her training through NAIOMT and was awarded a manual therapy specialist certification. She was recently certified in Functional Dry Needling, and has implemented this into her practice as well. Alicia was born and raised in Sitka, spent over 12 years in Arizona, and has since decided to make Sitka her home.

Mark Kasprowicz DPT, graduated from The University of Puget Sound in 2000 with a Bachelors of Natural Science with emphasis in Biology. He received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in 2016. Mark has enjoyed working with young athletes, Coast Guard servicemen, industrial athletes, chronic pain, and post-operative orthopedic patients. He employs a holistic approach to his practice, focusing not only on the anatomical structures and physiological systems involved, but the powerful influence the mind has on those structures and systems. He has helped athletes from beginner to expert in goals spanning, "Couch to 5k," to long-distance adventure racing.

Nicholas Pilch, DPT, graduated from the University of Alaska Anchorage in 2011 with a B.S. in Health, Physical Education, and Recreation.  He received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Puget Sound in 2016.  Nick has physical therapy experience in various settings including inpatient care, outpatient sports and orthopedics, and pediatric school district services. He is a proponent of the "exercise is medicine" philosophy, as well as physical therapy's ability to provide practical, sustainable results. His professional interests include persistent pain, nutrition for performance, and the effects of sleep on rehabilitation.  Nick and his wife (lifelong Alaskans) love SE Alaska and the Sitka community!

Lori Laing, LMT graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Arts Degree.  She completed the professional licensing program at Seattle Massage School in 1990 and was in private practice in Olympia for 14 years.  In 2005 she moved to Eagle River and worked in both a Naturopathic/Acupuncture clinic, as well as a Chiropractic clinic specializing in rehabilitation massage therapy.  Sitka is home as of May 2016 and she is happy to be a part of this wonderful community, living in a place of exceptional natural beauty.

Paul Columb, PT graduated from the University of East London in 1994 receiving his BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy and subsequent membership in the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. He has worked in the fields of neurosurgery, neurology, elderly care and orthopedics both in Europe and the United States. He currently specializes in neuro-musculoskeletal outpatient care and emphasizes a functional approach to rehabilitation. He has been a resident of Sitka since 1998.
